He can best answer your question since it's his spreadsheet.It appears though that if you are talking about taxes related to selling, this spreadsheet is likely not the one that would determine any kind of gain/loss.This spreadsheet is in the file area of BP and I use it with a number of other spreadsheets that suit my needs.

They are a lender out of Virginia who does in-house underwriting, quick closes, free float down, and appears to have quite aggressive interest rates.I'm considering using them for my next loan in Atlanta, but I would hate to leave the lender I've used for several other loans unless I'm confident in the reliability and reputation of Aurora.
