My new goal as a 27 year old is to retire by 40, or at least be in a position to decide to not work on new projects for a stretch of six months to a year by that age.

As you all know the winter weather in Buffalo is tuff ☃️My husband Lou is retiring in 3 weeks and we'll be working together and expect to do 4-6 flips in 2017.

Our plan is to build operating capital, diversify into flipping and finally buy and hold to produce passive income for our retirement.  

I'm a retired Pastor who is now an online entrepreneur, running a couple of different companies from my mountain home office in Colorado.

MY broker does both, but he's retired and it's more like a hobby to him.
