New Investor in Buffalo New York

My name is Deb Paternostro and I have my first property under contract and expect to close in 3 weeks.we'll start construction right away but expect this to be a 4-6 month flip. As you all know the winter weather in Buffalo is tuff ☃️

My husband Lou is retiring in 3 weeks and we'll be working together and expect to do 4-6 flips in 2017. We are both members of the Mastery program with Fortune Builders. Wish us luck!!

@Deb Paternostro welcome to BP I am also from the buffalo area, I am very interested in how you are planning on going from a 4-6 month flip to 4-6 flips a year.  I am very interested in the processes and planning that you have set up to make this work for you.   also @Nick Corto I am interested in what you might be able to wholesale to me especially for a duplex or triplex, if this is a mailing list you can add me to I would be interested in being added  thanks
