We have had tenants that were relocating to Indy, medical students coming to Indy for training, and short-term vacationing visitors. 

They must be prescribed by a medical professional.

I think I'll be a rarity in the medical field if I profit share.

I had a friend who did AirBnB in his home and had a steady stream of renters for various events in town as well as corporate / medical folks who come in for a few days at a time.

And if investment funds gave all the millions for altruistic reasons, why not for medical development?

If you haven't saved the funds to move you also don't have a savings to cover medical or car bills and we are only a single emergency away from not paying rent. 

All have been traveling medical professionals and all have found us through Furnished Finder.

I do see potential with lots of medical centers, businesses, close to JAX airport,  very close to nice beaches so there appears to be a few different rental markets to tap into.The over analyzing of scenarios has held me back. 

Then my family will start to help pay for your families medical and care.Personally, I wouldn't look for the answer in a REI forum. 

Killeen has the military base, Temple is a much higher income area because of medical professionals at Baylor Scott White and the VA hospital.
