The house is empty so people can schedule a showing any time, and so far all feedback from people who were at least somewhat interested came from those individual showings.We do have photos which I think are good -- maybe could be better -- and a video tour.

The homes will typically appreciate, BUT as long as the builders are still putting up new houses in your area, there will be more of an incentive for buyers to go with the builder and buy new rather than buy "used" from an individual seller.

If you have a 4 Bedroom, chances are, the renters would have children, and a yard would be more interesting then if you were to rent a 1 Bedroom to an individual.

It's 10 per individual, so this lets you get up to 20 as a marital unit.Between those two things, pragmatically, what I see time and time again is people switch to commercial real estate.
