Washer and dryer with coin slots or not

Hey I am trying to see if I should buy a washer and dryer with coin slots and charge my tenant or not or just don’t buy a washer and dryer at all but I will be occupying the downstairs apartment myself and kinda don’t wanna go to laundromat at all just curious on what to do

Get a regular washer/dryer set for much less and increase the rent $50 a month. It will pay for itself quickly. 

You can get some really nice used machines on facebook marketplace or craigslist for 1/3 the cost of new. I bought a full set of steel kitchen appliances for $1,000 that was only two years old and in perfect condition. They cost $4,000 new.
