New Construction( buy and hold)
I see a new construction priced pretty good. Interested in buying and holding it. It’s in a good City ( Oklahoma City). Thinking of buying and then renting it out then selling in the future. Is new construction sometimes a good strategy?

@Christian Cummings Concord is great. I think there are still a lot of opportunities here. I also like the idea of investing my money in my community.
