How can I get more than 10 mortgage

I have reached my max. allowance of 10 mortgages from regular banks.

In order to get more properties, I need to payoff the smaller mortgage to get under 10 in order to borrow again.

What are the options to get more than 10 mortgages (for BRRRR strategy)?
