@Michael Rasband I went to one in November and I have had a very different experience and so did most of the people that took it with me that actually ended up purchasing something, the first event in itself wasn't horrible (a lot of redundant information from day to day, best day is the 1st day everything else is just the first day expressed in different terms) once you purchase their packages the first 3 days (which is when you are able to get the refund no question asked) they stay on top of you and email you and respond to you emails after the first 3 days pass everything goes downhill.

If it wasn't crime it was horrible tenants and constant eviction processes that tied up both their funds and time.

It's usually some minor problem at one of the faucets.One big thing I will tell you about HUD, is that whoever winterizes those houses does a horrible job.

I did a search for a Property Management company and every company that showed up HAD HORRIBLE REVIEWS, should I take this online info to hard or our these low life tenants that are ticked off because the company didnt come running everytime they called.

If you see it being mismanaged horribly you can offer them to to give it back to you and return a portion of their down payment but if that is a concern for you that they will run it into ground make the down payment high enough so you know that it can't.
