Acknowledge the 60 days but told me his wife would stay in the house until may 28th, due to school calendar.Now, on march 28th he send me an email saying that, due to covid19, he is anticipating the Move to April 6.I am considering, for rent purpose, that the contract is valid till may 28 th as i haven’t done any move to re rent the house.

What you have to understand is people have lives and they'll need to move: for school boundaries reason, to downside, to go to new colleges, there will be newly formed households, also with people in close quarters they'll observe that maybe their accommodations are not good enough, too big or too small.
