Hi folks, I am still in the process of finding the "right" multifamily deal and although I am not quite there financially I am at best perhaps a few months away.

I have 12 years of experience in student rentals and there should be a massive financial upside to consider that niche.

We are trying to find a financially savvy way to sell and buy something new with the money from the sale.

Also, be out from under law and medical school debt in a year?!?

I've considered taking out a HELOC on my investment properties but don't want to "over" leverage myself financially.

Investor physician with strong income and low personal debt looking for solutions to refinance some of portfolio and pull out some equity for further investing with history of Foreclosure on personal property in 2012. 

You can built that back up...or the "worst case" is you take out a <insert form of debt here> if you have an unexpected cap-ex expense come along. 

I was inspired today by the most recent BP podcast, and as it states; I am training my self to think about "how  I can expedite  my goals to financial freedom VS making excuses and giving into fear and analysis paralysis. 

My goal with REI is that financial freedom and control over my future.

Basically it would be financial freedom and to create a legacy for my family.
