Financing my next investment property
I've leveraged the property that I live in to purchase 3 investment properties but I want to purchase a few more investment properties. I've considered taking out a HELOC on my investment properties but don't want to "over" leverage myself financially. I'm a buy & hold investor looking for other options for financing. Any suggestions? Thanks,
