I’d say population growth and median income are probably two of the more popular.With population growth not only consider how much the city is growing but look at what is causing that growth?

As far as I know, it's still illegal under federal law to house a growing operation without proper licensing and the funding of one.

Once I grow I will definitely look into a property manager.

If AI takes over in 30 years it won't matter to me as the investments will provide me tons of cash flow but my business keeps growing year over year.   

I got to know the Louisville area very well during my life, but do not know anything about the Columbus area; popular, growing, safe neighborhoods etc.

The ceiling in one of the garages is drywall and it is growing mold .  

I dont know the salt lake market at all, but I do know it is growing, which is definitely a plus for you.

Why don't you just do a cash out refinance, wouldn't that be the fastest way to get the money?
