Where do you all see the future of commercial real estate brokerage going?  It's difficult not to think about what technology has done to the residential industry.

Also, good commercial agents help negotiate the deals for you. Whenever I'm putting together a commercial deal on behalf of my clients, I do a TON of stuff (including legal work - because I'm a lawyer) that they won't get off a website. The number of agents might thin out, but I don't think the commercial brokerage industry is going to disappear overnight.
