Hello ALL,

I am new to the BIGGER POCKETS community and looking for advice on my next investment. My current job allows me to frequent travel which means there are many potential areas to invest in. When looking for your next investment what are some of the essentials you personally seek in an area?  What online sources do you use to narrow down the search? Are the conditions of a property a deciding factor even if the location is GREAT?

Some potential cities include:

Phoenix,AZ

Salt Lake City, UT

Dallas, TX

Colorado Springs,CO

For those who follow the 1% rule, is it impossible to find DEALS in a well established market?
