Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.I'm definitely planning on a visit (before the new year might be a bit optimistic but certainly after that) to get reacclimated with the city but after that will be looking to invest remotely.A couple of you have reached out with messages and colleague requests, looking forward to talking with you.

WE were hoping for milder weather than we got and it didn't warm up until Tampa where we laid on the beach for three days in 75 degree weather!

When investor loans Froze and they frozen like the Antarctic prior to global warming.. everyone was stuck.... every lender in real estate was affected.. good bad great not so great..
