Looking to build a team in Iowa (Iowa City / Coralville)

Hello! I'm new to the BP forums and am absorbing tons of great information here. I'd love to connect with others in my area and build a team here in IC/Coralville. I'm planning to start out with house hacking a single family before diving into other strategies! Looking for referrals for a financial advisor, CPA, and investment real estate broker advisor! Grateful for any help or recommendations! Thank you very much in advance!

Sharon, I'm not based in Iowa City but I am based in Des Moines and just from a pure macroeconomic model, in order to get appreciation in your home I would look to invest along the I-380 corridor and perhaps look into North Liberty as a possible town to invest in or look to the West and the town of Tiffin which is seeing a lot of economic development.  These areas should give you the greatest ability to ride the tide of appreciation in your investments!  Best of luck!
