IT is a software system that tracks maintenance, leases, rents due (allows tenants to pay online-I think Cozy does this part)Make sure you do a thorough move in inspection with pictures, video, etc. so there is no dispute as tot he condition of the yard, toilets, hole in wall, stain in garage, etc.

It just took some detective work to find this opportunity and track down the owner that had left several years ago and wanted nothing to do with property.

After the first $500 they would then ask you to join by taking out a $15k credit line that of course they said you would make back!
