Does anyone know if the BP Book on Estimating repairs includes any info on Burn house properties?

BP, podcasts, books, and youtube. so much information in just those categorizes and they are FREE. leaving more money for marketing :)

Long term I'd like to buy and hold commercial properties in South Florida.I just came off of 2 back to back deployments with the US Navy during which I spent countless hours reading as many REI books and articles as I could get my hands on.

I was just wondering if anyone had any real estate investing books they would be willing to sell?

Thanks guys for taking time to respond I just got my book today how I turned thousands into millions.

We run mostly our own crews, sub out electric, plumbing, hvac ... my electrician said hes so busy he hasnt had time to bill anyone for over a month, we have more than doubled our volume, He cant keep up with our stuff, i called four electricians today for quote to swap out panel box that he hasnt been able to get to.

You make a valid point and I did think about getting an additional bid but 1) we have a good long history with this guy and he's always been very fair, 2) the hole in the kitchen floor constituted an emergency in my book and 3) with the tornadoes, finding new contractors is a real problem right now.

I have read/listened to a few dozen books on investing, listened to lots of podcasts and spent time networking at local meetups and attending open houses.Currently I am looking for my first home purchase, hopefully in the Portland area.
