As for the topic at hand a lot of people love the city life and the atmosphere so remote or not it won't change anything.

If this is the direction you want to go, then there are the Globo ballon, toro verde, Cueva Ventana, the observatory all not far. these are what you want to sell. if you are in the mountains, try and sell that feature. long term is tough down there, because people are not working like they want to, this results in finding someone who can pay the rents on time monthly. the above will determine the direction you want to go with it.

People doing the expensive cabins in the mountain or on a lake will usually do it right and spend some money.
