I am originally from New York but lived in Seattle, San Diego and Hawaii. 

After following up for 3-4 months we were able to connect with the real estate agent of the owner (as the owner lived in New York).

It could be a really big problem in New York, New Jersey, California, and a couple others.

I certainly thinks it’s unfair since I read the tenants  with the 2 year has been more than 3 years .. with the new tenant being there for less than 6 months.. and have kids , you can’t stop a 2 year from being a kid…has any experience this in upstate or New York State area… is this even legal In NYS

I think the Wells might have had better success if they had asked the Court to rescind the sale and restore the status quo.

All all, a property in New York City, I have a tenant who lease expired end of this month and I offer one year lease with $20 increase he wanted 6 month I offer short term lease with $150 increase.

You might be able to get some higher end appliances at Habitat for Humanity/Restore, when people remodel they often donate some pretty nice stuff, even stainless steel.
