I am considering installing a concrete sub floor on a commercial building (instead of your standard TGI framed flooring system). 

I actually just applied for a heloc last Friday and am waiting for that to be approved.

Just think of the money you can make by doing comps on a friday night instead of going to walmart at 3am to goof around in the toy section like others do in our age group when they are bored?

Just closed on my 4th property in Racine on Friday as well (also have one in Kenosha).

I do have more projects coming up (closing on a Triplex Friday) but will likely use another partner for future work...I really wish I was more handy

Now I only paid 18,500 for the house and it needed very minimal work IE: ceiling repairs, paint, flooring, some new lights, heat replacement, roughly 4k worth of work.Since then the appraiser when out to the property last friday 12-19-14 to do the "appraisal" I was told that his cost would be $575 (which was extremely higher) than I typically pay and that his turnaround time was 10 days.
