What are you new investors using for expense tracking??
I'm set to close on my first duplex in a few weeks. In preparation, I'm looking to go ahead and figure out my expense tracking system. I know there are lots of options out there with a range of prices.
Since I only have two doors, I'm looking for something simple, effective, and cheap. I figure I can upgrade to more complex software later when I get more properties under my belt. Right now I'm leaning towards Mint.com because I already use it for personal accounts so I'm familiar, and it comes with the great price of FREE. I would just setup another account and only aggregate my business accounts to it.
Curious to know what other folks are using! Happy Friday!

Second the buildium suggestion.
Used them when they were new, 10 years ago, when I bought my first little multifamily.
10 years and 1000 units later, I still use them.
I have some issues with them now that I'm bigger but if you're 100 doors or less they're hard to beat.
