I want to say thanks to brandon for doing the webinars in which I continue learning a ton and also to josh for the great podcast you guys put together every week.

At the end of each podcast Josh and Brandon ask what the guests favorite real estate and business books are, I have a running Amazon wish list of all of those books and pick the next one up after I finish the current book.

Hi Josh - I'm going to take the neutral "Switzerland" role on this one, but leaning towards agreeing with you.A good credit score seems to be the best way to get the lowest rate, especially if its your personal residence because the process is quite efficient. 

I think it'll be easier to take notes on each podcast & person that The Josh & Brandon interview.Conclusion: A new goal I have is to listen to each podcast, write down the person being interviewed, what they have found success with & what I learned from that show.
