Contractor Recommendation - Greenville, SC

Hey there BiggerPockets!  Let this serve as my introduction and a request for help from the BP network.  I am a new investor to the Greenville, SC area and I just received notification that I am under contract on my first investment property!  I am looking for recommendations on investor friendly GC/handymen in the area that would be willing to quote this job.  I was originally considering doing the work along with my partner, but given the potential we are seeing in the market, I'm thinking my time might be best spent searching for additional deals.
