Found this site on the internet and it seems to be a one stop shop to actually take the rental applications, run credit/background and eviction as well as notify the application if they were rejected or denied.

With how complex this is I doubt they would be able to handle over the internet though.Sometimes if you take it offline they can credit what you have already paid to the total cost.
