I've had allstate for 10 years and have an umbrella, primary, car and 4 rental properties with them. I am trying to get my 5 landlord policy but hitting a wall. I am not very happy with Allstate and looking to make a strategic move in insurance companies that can provide me up to 10 landlord policies with an umbrella. I live in the northern suburbs of Atlanta and was wonder if any of you can make a good recommendation.

State Farm has the same 4 rental limit. Any of you using American Family Insurance and Guide One? How has your experience been?

I was quoted $324 premium with All State and prices are close to $600 premium outside.

thank you.
