Before doing anything I always check with ALEXA (dot) com to see the amount of traffic the site is receiving.

If it's higher than what the market will bear you will get more traffic.

I've been noticing the foot traffic is very eclectic, probably due to all the different regional rail lines converging here.

I'm asking because in Boston, what should be a 30 minute drive into the city can really be twice or three times that length because there is so much traffic.

Their idea of a traffic jam down here, is the highway dropping from 70mph to 30-40mph (lake norman area is an exception, due to construction)To get from downtown to Harrisburg is probably 30 minutes on a normal time.   

Babysitting is a business, brings extra vehicular traffic TWICE a day and depending upon the configuration of the unit, can be disturbing to others.

We have a rental property down in Sandy Springs/Roswell/Dunwoody.Obviously in Atlanta (like major most cities) traffic gets worse and worse as population density increases.Another town to look at is downtown Woodstock.

We live a couple of miles from campus and try to avoid cutting through by the university certain times of the day because of the awful traffic!
