AirBnB by your Tenant
Has anyone had any experience with tenants trying to airbnb while they are gone for the weekend etc? Or has anyone put terms in the lease to prevent it?

Pretty common to have "no subleasing" and/or "no commercial/business activity" language in your lease. If so, AirBnB use would violate that.
