Hi All!

About me: I'm a full-time corporate immigration attorney by day, eager to develop my real estate investment knowledge and experience.

Real Estate Investing Experience: Some, but not much. Went through real estate school right before I decided to go to law school. I've bought and sold two houses (to live in) - one we lost lots of money on (bad timing), and one we made lots of money on (great timing). I've been interested in real estate investing for some time, but just getting serious about making it happen now.

My Goals: I want to learn the best way to build a solid passive income - then execute and build said income. :) I'm entrepreneur at heart, so I'm very excited about making deals happen.

Currently Seeking: Nothing yet. Deciding which method (flipping/wholesaling/landlording/etc) and strategy makes the most sense for me right now.

Overall, I'm very impressed with what I've learned so far here. Looking forward to learning from you all, adding to the conversation, and making deals!
