i have a firend going through this here in tampa. she just (last week) had to go to the home and have her pictured taken infront of the studs in all rooms to prove that they pulled out all the drywall, wiring, and plumbing. this is a lennar development. they put her up in a 4000 sq ft home until the completion (about 6 months) of her home. i personally would have had them purchase the home for the original purchase price and walked away seeing that her 180k home is now selling for 120k (3 years old).
