However it looks like I have to set this up prior to closing and then have 45 days to find the property.

The property was in a great location, at a great price and the inspection came out great.

Prefer someone located in Northeast Ohio but willing to work remotely.

Purchase price: $220,000 Cash invested: $55,000 This is a Duplex located in an upcoming development area.
