International investments and Property bonds

Due to the next global economic downturn getting closer; my main focus this year and next will be within international property bonds, wine, bridging deals. Property projects that are involved in residential and commercial developments in high end locations. As well as having ample security against loss and providing a strong fixed return per annum. Plus side secure deals in other sectors to enhance returns.

So purely protection mode but as I have been in the international market for over 30 years my connections to enter choice projects is now rather robust. Looking to chat with others interested in similar fields.
