On one hand you describe the need to take the value of your time into consideration, then you say that the money is the same from the rent (none of your time spent) and your job income (all of your time spent) is the same?

I'm guessing you're probably trying to save money by selling the house yourself and handling all the paperwork yourself, but to be honest the language does sound a little unusual from the way you described it.

But what you are describing is a simple human mistake.
