Hi Everyone!

My name is Pete and I'm new to the Bigger Pockets Forums. I actually discovered BP and signed up a couple years ago, but I was so busy with life I just hadn't dived in yet.

I'm 27, live in San Francisco and I'm (could be described as many things) a professional airbnb host and house hacker here in the city. I operate two adjacent co-living spaces where I rent furnished rooms to young professionals who move to SF and need temporary housing.

For the past year I've been actively listening to BP podcast, studying real estate investing and preparing to take my CA real estate salesperson exam to get licensed.

I started my rental business in late 2016 and it's gone very well, giving me the opportunity to escape the 9-5 rat race and take control of my life. It has been super challenging at times, but an amazing experience and I couldn't be happier. However I'm as hungry as ever to progress in my real estate career.

Today my focus is on studying real estate investing, networking, and taking my investing game to the next level by BRRRR'ing some properties in San Francisco this year.

In my free time I love to surf, work out, read, ride my motorcycle, snowboard, and play xbox with my friends (yeah I'm a nerd like that).

My goal on BP is to connect with other investors and learn all I can about single and multi-family investing.

I'm looking forward to connecting with you guys!

Pete
