Lead/Opportunity near Rusk, Texas
I have a lead from on a 5 acre place with a 2300 SF 1930's house near Rusk, Texas, seams like I can get it at a great price. It's in between Jacksonville, TX and Rusk, TX. We typically stay around North Houston area with house flips, land flips and our rentals.
Just curious if anyone has any experience in insight in that area?
