Being successful as an absentee owner of a small or even mid size business is close to impossible.  

You could look at some of your close competitors who have already done this type of renovation and find out what kind of rent they are getting.

While some people are forced to invest OOS, and sometimes it makes sense, I think for most investors, staying close to home solves lots of problems and Warren Buffet says invest in what you KNOW. 

We have 10+ self service car washes/auto bays with no subscription services (some closed, some active, some partially active) for sale in our region and I am looking to find alternative uses for investors interested in the properties. 

I have been using my own agent off and on but wondering if it makes more sense to just use the seller agent since they may be motivated with double commission?

I say northern because that is what is considered everything from Mayaguez to Barceloneta and as close to the Carretera numero dos Carr2 as possible.

I also had a real estate agent that would list the property for rent and fill it for me if it went vacant.

I need to shop around for Dwelling Policy for my rental. I have yet to receive my renewal quote but I want to get ahead and call other brokers to shop around. Property is in Harris County

@Jesse Bennett I haven't tried this yet, we use a real estate agent which gives us access to everyone on the local MLS.

If the title company has a long term escrow department better chance they would be willing to work with you as they could facilitate payments after closing as well if the parties wanted that.If taking time to find that one asky why the ones you have used don't want to touch the deal is there something wrong with the deal you aren't seeing, or they just don't want to do it.Best of luck!
