I am a buyer for all 10 of our stores.

Finding motivated seller can be challenging since there is less inventory and more buyers nowadays.

Later enclosed the fence at the buyers request.Patched the room with the correct shingles.

Find buyers. 

If I send notes to someone now I ask them how many notes they have bought and what their timing is. 90% of people out there are not real buyers - window shoppers or will throw low ball offers out there.
