Selling to Real Estate Agents as a Wholesaler

Hey guys! So I'm super new to wholesaling, and I think I may have my first deal. My MOA number on the property is way smaller than the seller's asking amount. After doing my own research, her asking price is most reasonable,  and the house has about 10K+ in repairs (if that). Therefore, I was gonna find a real estate agent who also invests in property. Ive found several agents I like, but I don't know what else I need to do other than contact them about the property. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
