So lets say I find a house on MLS, I go look at it, I put an offer and I want to contract the house with the owner.

I have a lead right now from a non-owner occupied property.

Then look in the county assessors website to find the owners. it should give their name and mailing address.

It is on 2acres has a barn and a small house on it for 150,000 and is willing to owner finance. 

Hello BP Members , So today i was driving a new way from work and i saw this very beat up house and the owner was a hoarder real bad like his stuff was on the sidewalk and all that.

Now i have over 25 buyers on my list and there all looking to invest in 2 and up units , so how would you if you was in my shoes how would you find great duplex deals or talk to the owner of a duplex to. 

I just saw a Single Family property in my town with a For Sale By Owner sign on the yard.

Currently small business owner wanting to diversify.
