My grandpa was a good hardworking man, but also a bit of a slumlord (whose tenants would flush whole rolls of toilet paper down the toilets) so I never found the idea of owning rental properties very appealing.

I would put a link to your listing on FSBO or make a 3405Chesapeake.com site and put all your photos there with a link on your sign.I would also power-wash the bottom, put the toilet lid down, etc. on the photos.

Another thing that might help is to read books on some of the smaller topics, one thing that I picked up from some of the  Reading that I do is that managing properties is more complicated than just fixing toilets, finding good tenants, doing background checks, doing evictions, etc. can be complicated.
