Eventually, I want to own apartment buildings, but it will be a journey from here to there.

I am excited and anxious to start my new journey as a real estate investor, and also eager to meet fellow hungry and inspiring people like myself.

For about 3 years I have diligently made payments and paid taxes with the property gaining over 100k+ in equity.I want to leverage my money to make another acquisition for building a rental portfolio, but i don't know how to approached financing (non-traditional) and acquiring the right property to start my journey.  

My wife and I have planned and saved for quiet a while now to begin our real estate investment journey.

I would appreciate any feedback and would love to find a mentor that could help me with my journey in the real estate investing world.
