how to find FIX and FLIP properties in buffalo NY, please help
Hi
I am looking for FIX and FLIP properties in Buffalo NY area. I can work all my weekends to FIX the property along with contractor so I can save some money. Please advise how to find this properties? if any one wants to partner up with me then you are welcome too. I live in Toronto which is 2 hrs drive from Buffalo NY. thank you

My best advice regarding Buffalo is to first try to understand the market. Never take on a project that has too much work. Always surround yourself with people of experience and are willing to tell you the "Truth" even when you don't like it. Build a Team and do your diligence regarding Buffalo. The market is "Hot" right now, but I fear an upcoming "Bubble" soon. Stay strong. They're plenty of people on Biggerpockets that will be happy to assist you in your journey.
