There are a number of exemptions to the rent cap portion of this law though (i.e. houses or condos not owned by a corporation or REIT, housing built in the last 15 years, mobile homes, etc). 

@Paul Camuto this is an interesting idea, I think it could be very useful as long as its mobile optimized and it's more accurate than Zillow and other real estate platforms as their listings don't post or get removed in real time, If you can solve this issue it would be huge!

I'm also interested in mobile home parks, but not sure if a recession is the right time to buy these or not.
