They make low temp paint from Sherwin Williams, but I would not paint in freezing weather because you will get sick and the colors will dry different than the color on the chip. also remember the color on the chip is actually a photo of the color so its actually ink lol.

I started investing in 2012 and distinctly remember my first purchase (thought I was going to puke), then when it was rented (thought I had won the lottery) then after about 2 months of collecting rent, remember wanting to ride that rollercoaster again.Good luck!

What a virus...I really don't remember much else that was in that book, but that one idea really kicked me in the arse and that is what I look for when I read; I want that one strand of advice that I can put to work now like a piece of DNA I can genetically implant into my code.

I remember a REO a few years ago that the prior owner had written 'notes' to the bank and anyone buying the property all over the walls,,,in a kids room there was a note saying something like "i hope you enjoy what was my house,,I grew up here and the bank took it away"..I have to admit, nothing written had bothered me until I saw that, then I just left,,,bad karma
