- Motion trigger activation, and I’d prefer if it would record longer than 30 seconds when triggered - The ability to download and store videos - Real time notification on my phone when camera is triggered - similar to my Ring doorbell I use at my home- Cameras record both video and AUDIO- My ability to talk to people through the cameras would be a bonus - Night vision for outside cameras a bonus- Ability to remotely swivel horizontally - and vertically?

Despite this, I have tried to be patient and haven't initiated any eviction proceedings, even though Hawaii Tenant Law allows me to issue a "notice to pay rent" after just 5 days of delinquency.I've heard that if you're having issues with a military tenant, you can contact their commanding officer to help resolve the problem.

If you have $100k to invest and put as a down payment, would you get 1-2 places that have a Cash on Cash (COC) of $500+ a month but no appreciation, or 1 place with a 5-8% appreciation each year but you break even or lose $200-300 per month on the mortgage by renting out?

Someone is making medical decisions for them, so they should have the legal control over their finances to make sure bills are being paid.Makes me wonder if the oldest child or whom ever is making descisions at the hospital has power of attorney even if there is no signed document.

Hi Carlos, since best option is off table and now you need to look for a new buyer maybe try relisting it with an agent who has good network and understanding of what the goals in this transaction are. you never going to get the dollar-to-dollar value that you put into the property, and we are not even considering the time and headache.
