Hiring an assistant will take place once you have 75 - 100 doors, maybe more.

I want someone who is not only financially capable but also shares my long-term vision for the properties and has experience with seller financing deals.2.

My vision is to keep it a while (it’s paid off) and use the cashflow to help with my kids college.
