As far as the pandemic, it's hard to say for sure how the effects will manifest over the next few months, but as of today I would say there are still plenty of motivated buyers!

As long as you do the right research , they can be fruitful investments , especially for new investors.

Ironically, that could be a side effect of the stay at home order.  

Changing pulls/knobs is a more cost effective fix.
