It looks like you're starting with a great "canvas" to work from! Lovely color of wood on the floors, and some great opportunities to make updates. I definitely think the bathroom could be completely re-done with different colored tiles, and a new floor. The kitchen cabinets are also something that could be updated to start giving the kitchen a much different look. I'm excited to see what you do with this place! What are you most looking forward to with this first house hack?
