If you're operating in remote markets someone will have to walk the deal to make sure that it's not a hole in the ground. 1) Identify the verticals that you're interested in. 2) Figure out how your going to fill your pipeline (lead sources ) 3) you have some ideas on funding 4) come up with some ways to underwrite the opportunities in the case so that you can manage your risk if there is a market correction or you find you don't know what you're doing on pricing5) Who is going to execute on what parts of the plan 6) When you exit who is going to stay in and who is getting paid and leaving7) Repeat

I treated all walls halfway up with a crystalline concrete waterproofing solution, sealed up cracks and holes with hydraulic cement, and decided on metal studs throughout the unit with rock wool insulation in walls and ceiling to resist moisture and insects.

We also found that the gas lines all had to be replaced because if there was an arch, it would poke a hole in the gas line.So after this, we said we're walking away.
